Carrier 80% Gas Furnaces: 376CAV

Re: Sometimes Doesn't Heat

There are two faults on this furnace control that will auto-reset after 3 hours:

  • Code 13 = Hi Limit open for more than 3 minutes
  • Code 14 = 3 failed Ignition attempts
Qty Possible Causes:
Bad Limit (Code 13)
Blower Failure (Code 13)
Bad Glow Plug (Code 14)
Dirty Flame Sensor (Code 14)
