The furnace control comes standard with a 7-segment diagnostic display. 

  • To scroll through the Menu Options, press and release the "Menu" button.
  • To enter a menu item, press and release the "Option" button.

ERROR CODES
Code Description
E01 Loss of IRQ or other internal failures (Internal IFC error)
E2_1 Flame Never Sensed (1 Hour Lockout after 6 tries)
E2_2 Flames Sensed and Later Lost (1 Hour Lockout after 10 tries)
E2_3 Gas Valve Not Energized when it should be (after 10 times)
E3_1 Pressure Switch Closed when it should be Open
E3_2 Pressure Switch Open when it should be Closed
E04 Open Limit Circuit
E05 Flame Present with Gas Valve Off
E6_1 Reversed Polarity
E6_2 Bad Grounding
E6_3 igniter Failure
E7_1 Gas Valve Energized when it should be Off
E08 Low Flame Signal
E09 Open Inducer Limit or Condensate Pressure Switch
E11 Gas Valve Not Energized when it should be
E12 Open Fuse

Fault Code Recovery

To view the Last 6 Faults:

  • Press the "Menu" button until "L6F" appears on the display.
  • Enter the menu by pressing the "Option" button.
  • The Last 6 Faults can be viewed.

Clearing the Last 6 Faults

To clear the Last 6 Faults:

  • Press the "Menu" button until "L6F" appears on the display.
  • Enter the menu by pressing the "Option" button.
  • Hold the "Option" button for at least 5 seconds.
  • Release and a set of 3 dashes, "- - -" will be seen 3 times.
  • This confirms that the faults have been cleared.

Restoring Factory Defaults

  • the display must be in Idle mode, "IdL".
  • Press and hold the "Menu" and "Option" buttons together for 15 seconds then release.
  • The 7 segment display will flash "Fd" 3 times.
  • This will indicate that the unit has been reset to Factory Defaults.
