The customer claims that there is a heating problem, but you find the furnace running normally.

CHECKOUT:

1. Fault Recall

• Disable all thermostat inputs.
• Press the "Fault Recall" button for 2-3 seconds to check for any stored faults.
• To Erase stored faults, press and hold the "Fault Recall" button for 7-8 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
