Trane YCY package units are 2-Stage Gas Heat, 1 Stage Cooling units.

  • These units utilize an Ignition Control Board (ICB) with a built-in spark generator for electronic ignition control.
  • The ICB has a diagnostic light to indicate heat status.
Red Light Status Description
Slow Flash Normal, No call for Heat
Fast Flash Normal, Call for Heat
Continuous On Replace Control
Off Check Control Power
2 Lockout - No Flame Sensed
3 Pressure Switch Problem
4 High Limit (TCO) Open
5 Flame Sensed with Gas Valve Off
6 Flames Rollout Switch (FL) Open
