Ultra Series 2 - Burner Won't Stay Lit

Problem Description:  Low heat; Burners won't stay lit.

Observed Symptoms:  

• Low water temperature.
• Burners ignite normally.
• Burner runs for several second, makes a vibrating noise then shuts off and shows code 6.
• Burner retries automatically after about 1 minute and does the same thing.

Solution:  Replaced inducer assembly (P# 383-500-360) for $770.

Additional Information:  

• Blower control board had signs of water damage.
• Leaking unions on water piping running water into control cabinet and dripping on blower.
