Error Code E04 = Number of detected indoor units does not match the quantity of indoor units set on the outdoor unit control board.

Possible Causes (From Most to Least Likely):

1. Indoor Unit(s) Powered Off
2. Break in Communication Wire
3. Incorrect ID Unit Setting

CHECKOUT

1. Confirm Error Code
   • Check LED1 & LED2 on the outdoor unit control board.
     • LED1 Flashes: 2=P Alarm, 3=H Alarm, 4=E Alarm, 5=F Alarm, 6=L Alarm
     • LED2 Flashes = Alarm No.
       • LED1 Flashes 4, LED2 Flashes 4 = "E04"
2. Check each indoor unit on the system to make sure that it has power.
