Weil-McLain Boilers: "SlimFit"

Re: Low Water Cut-Out (LWCO) Alarm

The SlimFit boiler has a factory LWCO controller mounted inside the boiler cabinet, on the right-hand side, to the back-left of the inducer motor.

A LED light on the LWCO controller indicates the status:

  • Red = Lockout
  • Green = Ok

► To reset the boiler lockout you must first reset the LWCO.

To reset LWCO:

  1. Cycle power to the boiler by either cycling power at the breaker or turning the power switch off & back on.
  2. Cycle power to the LWCO by removing & re-attaching the 4-wire plug on the controller.
