The TH8320R and TH8321R Redlink VisionPro thermostats require a 4-digit password to access the "Installer Options" menus.

FACTORY PASSWORD: The password should be printed on the back of the thermostat and on the thermostat's wiring sub-base.

INCORRECT FACTORY PASSWORD: If the printed passcode does not work, Honeywell has likely printed an incorrect number on the thermostat. In some cases, you may find different numbers printed on the thermostat and the sub-base (and both may be incorrect).
