| Fast Flash | Normal, Call for Heat |
| Continuous On | Replace Control |
| Off | Check Control Power |
| 2 | Lockout - No Flame Sensed |
| 3 | Pressure Switch Problem |
| 4 | High Limit (TCO) Open |
| 5 | Flame Sensed with Gas Valve Off |
| 6 | Flames Rollout Switch (FL) Open |
