Re: Finding the Factor Password

In the case of a mislabeled thermostat or sub-base, it may be necessary to find the correct Factory Password.

The Factory Password is the 4-digit date code found on the last line of the Equipment Status screen.

• From the thermostat Home Screen press the MENU tab.
• Scroll down to highlight "Equipment Status" and press Select.
• Scroll down to the last line of Equipment Status to see the Date Code.
• The thermostat Date Code is the Factory Password.
