Honeywell Thermostat: TH8320R & TH8321R VisionPro
Re: Temperature Adjustment
The TH8320R and TH8321R Redlink VisionPro Thermostats have the ability to adjust the sensed space temperature up or down -3 to +3 deg.
The sensed temperature can come from one of the following sources:
- Internal thermostat sensor
- Remote wired sensor connected to S1 terminals
- Redlink Wireless indoor sensor(s) - up to 6 sensors per stat
- Average between internal temperature and remote sensor(s)
What to check:
- Determine the location of the controlling sensor (may not be at the thermostat).
- Use an accurate thermometer to test the temperature at the controlling sensor.
- Be aware that cold air from the wall may cause an inaccurate reading (especially outside or attic-space walls)
- If the sensed space temperature is inaccurate, you can adjust the sensed temperature through Installer Setup.
Adjusting Temperature:
- Go to thermostat Installer Setup
- Press "Next" until you get to Setup# 301 - "CONTROL OPTIONS"
- Select "Advanced Options"
- Press "Next" until you get to Setup# 1402 - "INDOOR TEMPERATURE OFFSET"
- Use the Up and Down arrows to adjust the sensed temperature
- Press "Done"
- Answer "Yes" to the next two questions
- Press "HOME" to return to the Home Screen
