Question: Do they make a locking cover that will fit over my thermostat.

Answer: Yes. The Honeywell TG511A1000 is a clear, plastic cover with a lock and key.  It fits the TH5220, TH6220 and the TH5110 thermostats. 

There is also a TG510A100 which fits the smaller TH5110 thermostat.
