There are two control boards on this unit. The main unit controller mounted in the electrical control panel and the ignition control board mounted in the burner section.

► The main unit controller has one diagnostic (Code 9) to indicate a fault from the ignition control board. You must check the ignition control board for the actual fault condition.

Ignition Control Fault Indicators

  • Normal Operation
2 Flash
  • Pressure switch open with inducer on
3 Flash
  • Pressure switch closed with inducer off
  • Rollout switch open
4 Flash
  • Limit switch open
  • Aux limit switch open
5 Flash
  • Flame present with gas off
6 Flash
  • Ignition lockout
